  • When will I receive my order?
    • Orders within the United States will typically arrive within 3-10 business days; however, these shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. For delivery before Christmas, we recommend placing an order before December 10 with standard shipping. Express shipping may be available in your area after that date.

  • How much is shipping?
    • Shipping varies depending on your location. 

  • Do you ship internationally?
    • Yes, our products can be shipped internationally excluding Guam, Guadeloupe, Réunion, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Guatemala, Laos, Yemen, Martinique, French Guiana and French Polynesia.

  • What do I do if I never received my order?
    • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships! If the tracking is marked as delivered, but you did not receive your package, please reach out to the post carrier directly. 

  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    • If something arrives damaged, please send a photo to info@rodgersandhammerstein.com with your order confirmation #.

    • If you purchased an item from the Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella limited collection, all net proceeds from each individual sale will be donated directly to the charitable organization. Exact net proceed varies depending on the item.
